Flexicommercial is an Australian equipment finance and leasing provider serving small and medium businesses through brokers and vendor partners. It covers a wide range of business equipment from technology and fit-out through to machinery and transport assets, with both loan and lease structures and experience in vendor programmes for suppliers financing their own customers.

Where Flexicommercial is strong
- Broad appetite across equipment types including technology and fit-out
- Offers both lease and loan structures for the same asset
- Established vendor finance programmes for equipment suppliers
Things to weigh up
- Pricing sits above bank funding for equivalent assets
- Soft assets such as fit-out may require additional security or a deposit
- Terms are constrained by the expected working life of the asset
Not every business asset is a machine with a resale market. Fit-out, shelving, technology and point-of-sale systems are harder to finance because their value on resale is limited, and lenders willing to look at those categories are genuinely useful — particularly for hospitality and retail clients opening or refurbishing a site.
Flexicommercial covers that ground as well as more conventional plant, and offers lease structures where a business would rather rent capability than own a depreciating asset. We compare the lease and loan versions side by side so the end-of-term position is clear before signing.
